By accessing or using the ConstructIQ™ website, platform, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
ConstructIQ™ provides business-development intelligence, market research, opportunity identification, and related deliverables (including the Revenue Intelligence Brief™) for clients in the construction industry. Services are provided on a subscription or one-time engagement basis.
ConstructIQ does not guarantee project availability, contract award, meeting outcomes, revenue generation, financing, permitting approvals, owner responsiveness, or any other transaction or business outcome. All deliverables are for informational and strategic planning purposes only.
Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before pursuing, bidding on, contracting for, investing in, or otherwise relying upon any opportunity identified by ConstructIQ.
Project data, contact information, estimates, scores, and recommendations are compiled from sources believed to be reliable but may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to change without notice. ConstructIQ Intelligence Scores™ are proprietary estimates and are not guarantees of any outcome.
ConstructIQ™, Revenue Intelligence Brief™, Client Blueprint™, ConstructIQ Intelligence Engine™, ConstructIQ Intelligence Score™, and ConstructIQ Intelligence Platform™ are trademarks of ConstructIQ. All reports, content, and platform components are proprietary and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
All client information, including Client Blueprint™ submissions and business strategy data, is kept strictly confidential and is used solely to produce the contracted deliverable. Client data is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., secure cloud storage, email delivery).
All payments are processed through Square. If your first Revenue Intelligence Brief™ does not reflect the opportunity profile established in your Client Blueprint™, ConstructIQ will refine the Blueprint and produce one revised brief at no additional charge. This revision commitment is not a guarantee of project success or revenue.
All sales are final except as described above. Contact support@constructiqpb.com with billing questions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstructIQ's total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. ConstructIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
ConstructIQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE — to be confirmed by counsel], without regard to conflict of law principles.
